DAILY COMMODITY MARKET STRATEGY- 29 Jan 2016
BULLION
Platinum April future is up 0.2 percent in early deals at $ 868.55.Gold February and Silver March futures are almost unchanged at $ 1,115.90 an ounce and $ 14.235, respectively.
ENERGY
Crude Oil March and Brent Oil April futures have spurted almost a percent each at $ 33.52 and $ 35.13, respectively.Natural Gas March future has advanced 0.4 percent at $ 2.235.
Gain above Rs 2,390 on closing basis has potential to take Crude Oil towards Rs 2,600 per barrel. The open interest declined as short positions were squared off in an opportunity to seek some gains.
BASE METAL
Copper March future is quoted at $ 2.050 - down 0.2 percent.
