BASE METAL WRAP: Nickel climbed for a seventh day, the longest run since October 2010, on concern that global consumption will exceed supply after Indonesia halted shipments.
ENERGY WRAP: West Texas Intermediate crude rebounded amid speculation gasoline supplies dropped for a seventh week in the U.S., the world’s biggest oil consumer. Brent rose in London on renewed tensions between the West and Russia over Ukraine.
PRECIOUS METAL WRAP: Gold rose more than 1 percent on Tuesday boosted by technical buying after crossing the $1,300-an-ounce mark, while mounting geopolitical tensions in Ukraine burnished its safe-haven appeal.
