BULLION

Gold December future is down 0.2 percent in early trade at $ 1,370.15 an ounce.

Silver September and Platinum October contracts are almost unchanged at $ 20.688 and $ 1,169.65, respectively.

ENERGY

Crude Oil September delivery has advanced more than half a percent at $ 39.77 per barrel.

Brent Oil October expiry has gained 0.5 percent at $ 41.99.

Natural Gas September future is slightly down at $ 2.732.

BASE METAL

Copper September contract is untouched at $ 2.207.
