- Precious Metals Preview: COMEX Gold Ends Around $1420 Level
- Gold stayed largely supported on Friday but the gains were kept under check by soaring equities. The US stocks edged up on Friday with the Nasdaq and the S&P 500 hitting new record closing highs. The metal ended up 0.28% at 1418 per ounce. MCX Gold futures ended marginally lower at Rs 34765 per 10 grams after testing a low near Rs 34720 per 10 grams.Visit our Link : https://bit.ly/2u2GUhK
Meanwhile, traders are still hoping for the US Fed to turn out dovish following a tepid economic growth data. The US economic growth slowed in the second quarter of this year, according to a report released by the Commerce Department on Friday. The Commerce Department said real gross domestic product rose by 2.1% in the second quarter following the 3.1% jump in the first quarter. Other central banks are likely to be in easy money mode too.
