• Precious Metals Preview: Silver COT Longs Hit Five Month High
• Large precious metals speculators sharply increased their bullish net positions in the Silver
•  futures markets last week, according to the latest Commitment of Traders (COT) data 
• released by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC). The non-commercial
•  futures contracts of Silver futures, traded by large speculators and hedge funds, totaled a 
• net position of 37,425 contracts in the data reported through Tuesday July 16th. This was
•  a weekly gain of 12,274 net contracts. Large speculators had decreased their long bets in the
•  previous two weeks before this rebound.
